So its essentially a feeling of "heaviness" if u will? Help me understand wat it's like waking up everyday. The thoughts that run through the mind. How the person reacts to accomplishments, etc. I hear the term thrown around a bunch and I've never gotten a grasp on wat it is exactly

Everyone’s experience with depression is different also because there are different types of depression. It’s less a feeling of heaviness as much as a feeling of “hopelessness” and despair. It can be expressed/experienced a variety of ways. For example- men are likely to exhibit anger moreso than sadness when it comes to symptoms. Look online .. there’s tons of information about it.

Eh depends on how deep the depression is...if it's some new thing causing u to be down then yea cuz it hasn't been fully ingrained in ur subconscious yet..if its chronic might not work...

For some people, you can actually feel that shyt in your brain. Like the depression makes your brain foggy and you feel fukked up. It's not just thoughts.
