So I googled what he was saying to see if it was reported anywhere, and the only links that came up were swag on a Tennessee volunteers forum and a couple other sports message boards trying to spread the same rumour
Everyone was trashing him on those sites for his constant terrible takes too

Well nobody really is mentioning Herbert. He's playing better than Burrow, this is true, but nobody was comparing them in this thread.

No. To me he's the most obvious bust of the 2020 1st round QBs. I had them ranked in this order:
1. Tua - can be a high level starter but is too injury prone
2. Burrow - average to below average starter (think Alex Smith)
3. Herbert - total bust; might not be resigned by the Chargers after his rookie deal is up (like Jameis and Mariota)

I was more active when Dobbs played at Tennessee. Now I don't care so much for Vol football. But I do still do my Draft Previews on there as well. They enjoy debating me on my player evaluations like ya'll.
Bengals are not trash on offense. They got elite talent at the skill positions. Not many teams got a RB like Mixon and 3 WRs like Green, Boyd, and Higgins. That's an elite supporting cast.
