My brother actually had to relocate because of neighbors drinking 24/7 and blarring music loud as hell..cops were always called and did zero, we suspect it was an illegal hood bar.

Being that I was in Baltimore the cops never did shyt but the day I moved out I carved "fukk you" on the hood of their car
