Dumb posts like this are why education and financial literacy are important. It's clear You don't even understand what ownership is. Zuckerberg does not own 100% of facebook either. But he owns the controlling stake. Likewise Jay has the controlling stake of ownership in Tidal and it's parent company Aspiro. And that's what matters in business. Strategic partners are just that.

Jay Z doesn't own the controlling stake of Tidal. He own it equally with 20+ other artists, plus Sprint and whoever else. He's just the public face.

For the record, I'm an audiophile and subscribe to HiFi Tidal.
