That was the main part that I remembered from the match. It officially validated Undertaker's :old: status. Although he had been :old: and :flabbynsick: for years already.

Well to be fair his later matches with Brock were actually pretty tolerable. Sure dude was flabby but at least he tried to tell a story in the ring, especially with that low blow to steal a win:dame:. I thought we were going to get a scumbag run with Taker during that time.

Legit, the gif is literally the only thing I've seen of the match.

Actually I don't even remember watching last year's Main Event with :hhh: either.

Last year's main event at WM was actually ok in a NWA/WCW'ish manner. Trips knew the "big dawg" was going to win, so he just went with the punches and tried to make dude look good. Probably one of the only matches worth watching outside of the ladder match to be honest because holy shyt the event was dreadful:francis:

they look equally at fault there. Taker wasnt in a favorable position to lift...he's a bit taller as well...and Roman just isnt that strong :mjpls:

What about the other 95% of the match where Roman was dragging Mark's decrepit body around?

I'm no Roman Reigns fan like that but we can't ignore that the man has given us a steady stream of good matches until he has to wrestle old cacs.

when he said he's not that strong i should have put emphasis on THAT...i dont think anyone else is getting Taker up at that angle...maybe Hogan or someone back in the day but nah even Cena is gonna drop him but he'd just pick him back up and do it again.

Nyggas are still apologizing or those horrible Roman matches. The only thing to watch at WM 32 is Becky carry that Triple Threat title match.

This year...AJ and Shane did enough.

These good matches are overrated..he just kicks out alot and is given plenty of time. That's it.

Best match he ever had was against Cesaro last December.

I didn't consider him flabby until the Wyatt tag two years ago where he only showed up for 2% of a ten minute match.

It was all downhill from there. :mjcry:

It was a decent match till this spot

Everything after that bombed because Taker was visibly done. Blown spot after blown spot, he was beyond gassed and Roman couldn’t save it.

I understand what they were trying to with Reigns here but it should have gone to Cena. Cena is past the "make him look strong" portion of his career so they could have worked some ways into having Cena get knocked around for the majority of the match giving Taker some rest spots, there would of course be at least two AA kicks outs, one tombstone kickout (or foot on the rope) before the final AA.
