I Forgot my password.. HELP

I had accidentally signed out on my iphone, and when I tried to sign back in none of my passwords I tried worked..

Im still logged in on my mac, but heres the real issue...

The email I used back in 2012.. I forgot the password for that email and the only way to recover that is with a phone number I haven't had in 5 years and another email I have no idea about...

So any help getting a new email attached to my name on here and changing my password
