In the uk psych wards are worse than prison because they can legally keep you in there indefinetely and can also force feed you medicine that you dont want. I hope your psuch wards are not this bad..

waited about a hr just 2 b sure i was n the clear. Went to the dumpster n gotta old spark plug n proceeded to break every last window of every car on the outside. The windshield n back window was 2 thick 4 the spark plug 2 break but spark plugs break windows with very little noise so i was able 2 break at least 7 car windows n 2 suv windows. He is going 2 hafta explain to the owners of the cars why there windows r broken n hafta b replaced at his expense...
