At 5pm I turned that shyt off & never stayed past my designated time. He tried intimidation tactics believing I would adhere to his ridiculous demands. So, I printed up the labor laws & placed it on his desk

Clear ppl despise educated negros, so I was fired a month later

Despite being let go, my boss was shook and offered me a lovely severance package. I hit him with that and told him to kiss my black ass!

I'm not spending the majority of my time/life making the next person rich, knowing I can be replaced whenever they deem fit.

I'm constantly dealing with this crap.

Employee gets up and walks towards the door.

I say." where are you going? We're not done"

He says, "You know what?! I have a family!"

Or somebody doesn't show up to work and we end up behind schedule. He/his excuse? "My kids are sick!", " i have to take my kid to the emergency" or "my granddaughter is having baby!"

I'm like fukk.. Do these people with "families" feel that they have special rights or something?

One dude just got a performance review recently, and he does this a lot. Next time he thinks he can just leave, I think i'm going to say, "sure you HAVE family, but let's see if your HAVE a job tomorrow?"

The only reason they're there is because of the fam... they're working to provide for them.

I don't even have kids but alot of my boys do and it's changed their lives ALOT. We used to all have sportbikes and would ride on weekends. Now i'm the only one who still has a bike, everyone else sold theirs either because they needed the money or couldn't take the risk or both.
