My blood sugar was 219

I have type 2 diabetes


. I'm married with kids and 6 figures 6 certs so I don't have any motivation to impress anyone other than myself. Plus my wife is one of those women who would rather have a dude with a semi flabby body. When I start exercising she be like "i liked it better when you had a gut and was all soft and cuddly" and I'm like "yeah that all fine and cool the problem is I'm so flabby I'm just starting to lightly sweat for no reason so got to get back in the gym"
then i open the app and its on 69 and I'm like why the hell am I sweating
but i know its cause i'm just sitting around with a pregnant woman eating rotisserie chicken on monday, pizza on tuesday, fettucine alfredo on wednesday, fried shrimp and catfish on thursday and the most exercise i was getting was walking from my the sofa or bed to the fridge to drink some water or a beer 
take some time, get your head Straghit and when you’re ready. Hit me up. I was recently diagnosed with type two diabetes over 6 months ago and 6 months later the shyt is gone! The doctors gave me the whole kit lol insulin, glucose tablets and monitor! But I’ll tell you this! It’s possible to get rid of it! it won’t be easy but you can do it! Change your eating habits and lifestyle. Cut out soda, candy, carbs and eat leafy vegetables. Eat once a day. Don’t let them doctors scare you, remember them folks get paid for what they prescribe!
Edit: if you smoke cigarettes cut that shyt out too, those fukk with your glucose levels also.

i live alone and barely buy shelf stable food. you can get fresh produce per week at least and it it'll be just fine.
