I got a court case today for restraining order

This my second restraining order. The first 1 was dropped but I got to lawyer up for this second one because it got terroristic threats, assault and barred me from a place of business. I decided to fight it because the allegations are false and dude should have just handled our situation man to man but whatever, that opportunity has come and gone. My client and father will be my witnesses
The first charge was in 2007 and was just dropped in 2012 and it caused me to be on a watch list every time I flew into JFK from international flights. Wish me luck

This was all over some heated words between two adults months ago when I was in a different place mentally and emotionally. Im calmer now. I got this settled in court. My lawyer reduced this to a civil restraining order which means I cant get time or get this on my record.
