A long time ago back when I was still living in Pa. I worked for an iron melting/casting plant. I was a temp.
We got something like $23.00 per hour, literally, but we worked one hour per day, 5 days per week.
edit: Full-time(40hrs) employees there actually did make something like $23.00 per hour as well.

I just got a new job! $10.50 an hour 40 hours a week. And i still got the old one.

After taxes you're looking at like $600-$700 every two weeks (depending on benefits, where you live, etc.)
