As far as the responsibility and money spending aspect, thats a whole other discussion. It remains that fashion is a hobby/passion like any other and ppl can and do choose to spend their money on their passions as they desire.

most of the "urban wear" companies are dead, and anything we wear will be considered urban. if blacks all started wearing 3pc suits, they'd call it urban attire.
