I think I found out what happened. My brother signed up to Playstation Vue a few weeks ago and I believed he must have used Paypal to pay because when I checked his billing information, I saw my debit card linked to his acount which was in my possession but is linked on Paypal. The charge was $49.99.

Sony refunded him for the money but the bank temporarily credited me but I'm still waiting to see if the bank calls back and tells me that the claim was denied.

When he was confused as to what card was charged because he didn't remember, I looked and saw my old card there which I guess automatically links to the account if you use paypal.
