I got accused of being a “colorist”

They're all over tiktok. But how come we're supposed to listen and be supportive when a black woman complains about how no black man wanted her because she was "too dark" but corny black guys get ridiculed? Why is one experience more valid than the other and why is the other gaslighted and turned into victim blame?

Of course, I've never seen a bad dark-skinned woman complain about colorism IRL, but I've never heard anyone complain or talk about it IRL.

Ive heard it before back in day, but mostly from women themselves.. talkin about "good hair" and "ooh girl he can give me light eye babies".. This is back in 90s when I was a jit cleanin up saloons.. This shyt run deep the reverse uno they running on dudes, lol..

You already said you preferred unique looking light skin women and that sets an overall precedent, but when it comes to darker women its specific features. What you wrote implies that you prefer a light woman in her totality more than a darker one, to also not have a reason doesn't help your case in the argument with your friend.

That's a lie, sir. I've stayed consistent in saying that I like different types of light and dark women. I never said I preferred one over the others.

A sweet and artsy personality in any of those body types would be chosen over the others.

And everything doesn't need to be psychoanalyzed. I like slim/slim thick women over thick. I don't have a secret disdain for bytches with extra fat asses it just is what it is.

It's a combination of complexion and the right features. Some shyt matches to me and some shyt doesn't. Typical light bright who's regular pretty will go unchosen with me if there's a ugly fine lightbright in the building. I don't have anything against regular pretty lights they just don't make my dikk jump unless they're so thick they're almost sloppy and I don't usually like that body type. My dikk likes what it likes, it what it is but it's not colorist.

my post was to highlight the hypocrisy, not just the above point, but also everyday guys here complain about a separate standard for brads or in some cases LS men, but suddenly "you like what u like" for u
