I pick Claire. She was lenient but tough when need be. If the kids were raised right, no need to be stern. Never really watched good times. Vivian comes in as a close second but Claire looks like she would do a better job.

Florida definitely. Kids today are more receptive to old schools values. Though Vivian and Clair are excellent examples Flirdia inevitably held it down when James died, put her kids through schooling ( Michael went off to be a lawyer and Thelma and Jj went off to be successful in their own right).
