all facts. but the more people that look like you that show up, the less they can get away with it. they might can get away with one but if they do it to all, there's a discrimination argument to be made. but you gotta be there in the first place

Back when I worked a shytty job I hated I got called to the capital city for a big case. I was hoping I got it so I could get off work. Didn’t get selected but it was eye opening.

if you’re on trial and depending on a jury of your peers, you might as well go ahead and wrap up all your business because you’re going away.

There was a woman that tried to get out of it and literally said she was related to a family member of the guy on trial. They took her (white) ass and dismissed me. Crooked shyt smh

In my experience, they ask questions pertaining to the case and if you've never been in that situation, then they don't pick you. But it may differ for each city.
