I never been apart of this, it caused a 4 car pile up where I got hit by a cable utility truck on the free way and two other cars didn’t hit the breaks fast enough to avoid hitting the utility truck

Here's the scenario though, who ever initiated the accident is going to be at fault.

We total up all the property damage and bodily injury bills and then compare it to the at fault insurance policy.

For example, minimum in GA is 25k for property damage and bodily injury.

If the damages in total exceed 25k and the at fault party only has minimum coverage , the at fault party is officially under insured.

Do you have medical payment or personal injury protection coverage?

How soon do I have to do that?

Seek treatment or evaluation as reasonably possible. Your lawyer is going to assist you with that, they usually have referrals they can send you to start the process.
