I didn't know it's like that in the South West, it feels calmer, middle classy and upper and country like over there compared to South East. I guess there's always an area in the UK that's down like that.

Damn take some meds, get counseling, go meditate somewhere, or even better get spiritual guidance of some sorts. It's good that you're aware and admit that your depressed, that's a start to getting better. The 'All or nothing' attitude has never really done anyone any favors instead it get's you more in a deeper hole. Try setting some simple(Small) goals for yourself and if you don't want to purchase a book go to the local council's library to read some self-help books in regards to depression or etc.
