It'll be mass produced right? Well first you have to make a process book to show how you came to your idea, make business interested in your "story". The book should also show how you product works and if there are similar products on the market, how it's better than those. This is what will help you with marketing.
I haven't learned anything about getting a patent but I can ask my professors for you if you're serious about it.
