The same factory makes the 30 dollar hoodie out of the same cotton/polyester blend.
Its not worth paying for the logo. Aint no special quality coming out of the exact same factory in 柯桥区
You have to enter the much pricier bespoke or MTM market to get legitimate quality. They source from individual workshops in EU or domestically , not textile mills. And by then you are down several hundred not 130.

i wouldn't spend that on the usual print on demand/chinesium hoodies like the ones in op... but for sumn handmade on a high quality blank that's nothing... i just copped this online ceramics hoodie (no hood) and it was only $120, i'm literally making money

Poll says jacket/hoodie. I'd pay that for a good quality jacket since it'll last a long time if you take care of it.
