i got video game anger issues please help.

i was getting enraged by some games in the past.... but now im much calmer or games are not as hard . Playing Alien isolation right now so things may change, playing hide and seek with that alien is kind of taking its toll on my nerves

This shyt right here is usually the only time i'll get pissed enough to start yelling. I feel bad for my dog, cause that nikka gets shook as hell and runs out the room.
