Two separate schools in Arizona had kids caught with guns in their backpacks within days of each other. 2nd and 4th graders
I don't think I had any kind of bomb or shooter threat type event from K-12 growing up, but these days it seems like a regular thing.

The school released a statement, saying they are fully cooperating with police and that the student is prohibited from entering campus. No one was hurt.

I'm a 90s kid, we def didn't have this shyt. Columbine was an extreme outlier.
