You are supposed to be sitting at a computer Googling these terms as they ask you. Stalling for the few seconds needed to dig thru Wikipedia.

I have brain farts during interviews like that too.

I have no idea what they gain from shyt like that. It doesn't showcase problem solving, analytical, nor researching skills just memorization. A large part of the job is running into unfamiliar issues and errors and then Googling and researching to figure shyt out. A better test would be making you answer the questions off top then allowing you to research and answer the questions again.
