I had it once as a kid so I can relate Op. I was pretty bad off.
Off subject but in relation to your ear wax excess I have pretty bad eczema which I think contributes to me getting bad wax build up to the point I lose hearing. I used to go to the doc to have them drain that shyt out but learned to drain my own ears out with a syringe from the store and peroxide. Once I get that excess shyt out I feel like I have super-hearing..like I can hear everything man it’s wild lol. Makes you appreciate the small things for a moment.
