I like this post especially about NJ being easily to commute to Manhattan. Which is what I KEEP saying until it rigs clear! People need to stop screaming gentrification this and gentrification that! The idea is not to try and LIVE in Manhattan but live in areas close to it which are cheap.

Like you said nikkas better stary buying up property before its too late.

And yeab I agree most of NJ is not bad. Those who say all of NJ is bad clearly necer left the hood, I go to NJ from NY all the time for gas as gas is cheaper in NJ and to be honest NJ looks better than some parts in southern NY.

But Im NEVER driviny through Newark again...

Even you know this isn't true, and i commute from NJ to BX 6 days a week. That crazy ass traffic every morning and afternoon on all 3 Hudson crossings and $15 tolls :beli:

And just as places like Brooklyn, Harlem, Heights, and Inwood are gentrifying because of close distance to Midtown Manhattan, the same is happening here in Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, Bayonne, Harisson, and Newark because of the proximity to the PATH line.

Which is why I said people should be buying property NOW before its too late. But I was mostly referring to the NYC metro and not Brooklyin. And Harlem is in Manhattan.

I didn't say all of Hudson County, them Cubans, Salvadorians, Hondurans in Union City, North Bergen, Ridgefield Park are pretty tight in their areas, places you cant even establish yourself without knowing some Spanish.

But JC and Bayonne are definitely seeing price outs.

I just:russ:at people who say "I'll never drive through Newark again"anybody who grew up there would tell you shyt is a hell of a lot calmer then it was when it over 13 different projects up
it might be calmer but shyt is still willd so i understand why people might say that but i deff understand where u coming from if they saying this now u can Imagine what they would be saying before :wow:. that's why we have to do better living in the hood can teach you a lot of things about life in general from there you just have to know how to take it and push on forward.
