The first time I had experienced sleep paralysis, my room was pitch black so that was no fun.Oh and I used to get wake up loops. So imagining yourself waking up in a continuous loop, but you are still dreaming, but your mind thinks you are waking up

A false awakening loop is when a subject dreams about waking up over and over again, sometimes even up to 10 times or more without knowing which time they are actually awake

I get sleep paralysis often . I sleep with the tv on all night . I’m scared of pitch black dark , idc. Them things be talking in a language I don’t understand but it’s sounds demonic ..

it’s less scary when you have some type of lighting on. I’m a stomach sleeper and still have had it happen .

I get it a few times a week. Sometimes it’s not clear as I’ve just gone to bed and I’ll get it falling asleep or waking up.

It’s also after I’ve slept long or short. But most times I’m just packing and shaking my leg to try and wake my girl up. Other than that I need to focus real hard to wake up and it feels like an eternity but apparently it’s a few seconds.

My girl wakes me up and says it’s like I’m awake but sleeping.

You all are fukking crazy for real. I have had sleep paralysis before. Yeah it can be scary but it's just a dream, a nightmare. Sleep paralysis is basically, you're dreaming and you start to wake up and you panic because you aren't completely conscious yet so you can't move your body yet.

I've seen the same thing OP during sleep paralysis as have countless others. We're not sure if its a real entity or a figment of the imagination.

It’s very common to see dark figures with sleep paralysis (I watched a documentary about it after it happened to me).

I get sleep paralysis quite often for whatever reason. I often feel beings touching me too, which is also common. I’ve learned a little trick to get out of it. Try and move like a fish out of water when you’re paralyzed. (Basically try to flop your arms and legs around). It works some times. The trick is also to not panic when it happens. I know that’s easier said than done, but it is possible
