He's basically the most powerful middle man in sports. Has a non-descript role with the CAA Agency. He's Calipari's bag man. He funnels money to high school recruits through CAA agents. Used to be real tight with Jordan, but MJ doesn't fukk with him any more (probably cuz he embraced the No Nikkas lifestyle
). He's been tight with Lebron since he was in AAU and was key to Nike signing him; tight with Drake since Before So Far Gone; Tight with Jay since around the ROC La Familia album. Without him, Jay doesn't have ROC Nation Sport. Wes is the plug that makes that happen. He had alot of influence in the Knicks organization until they brought in Phil Jackson. He linked Drake up with Calipari, and gets paid concert fees to go to Kentucky basketball events and pretend to be a fan to impress recruits.
He's got connects out the ass, but goes to great lengths to keep a low profile. It's just recently that his name has gotten out there alot more because of Jay and Drake dropping his name on wax.
I met dude at the Final Four 2 years ago, and he's actually a real nice dude.
