I just found out over the Holiday that ebay sellers can rate you too. My profile is 100% with comments like pays right away, easy communication, responds quick, pleasant seller etc. Don't know how that will help me in anyway though. :manny:

:ufdup:First off eat a dikk u bytch ass nikka. Second, I do have a HDTV :umad:. So eat another dikk. Third, when I first got the 360 I plugged it up to my tv using the hdmi cord. It said no signal. For the Xbox u have to change the settings manually, so that's why I had to get a av cord 1st.

:umad:

didnt turn on the right channel like buddy said

the thing is its only $5 so i wouldnt bother returning, just neg rep and take the L because its defnitely worth the time. maybe you can contact the seller, they can refund the money without return or give you a $10 gift card, thats what i would do

why would you neg rep then ask for a return. :wtf:

you ask for a return and if they do, you leave neutral. everybody deserves a fair chance. they're a business, it could have been a mistake

if they dont allow the return, then you neg

(but if they stated in the ad "no returns" then you shouldnt neg cause its your fault)

Its not his fault they sent him the wrong merchandise. Adding "no returns" to a policy doesn't give you the right to screw someone over.

screw someone over????!?! :mindblown:

nobody screwed OP over. screwing over is sending the product and never hearing from the seller again.

they are a business with over 2 million ebay transactions. they offer returns and everything. solid business with a honest mistake. op is quick to pull the trigger to neg without even contacting them first.

I negged one seller who shipped my expensive winter coat TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I was up and down the street in snow & ice searching for my gear.
