Same. I actually raise my kids not to say it.

When I lived in NYC for a while, Hispanics said it 100 times more than any black New Yorker. That shyt was a huge culture shock. Made me want to stop using it ever again.![]()
Unless its for a rare joke between friends and loved ones. Otherwise I just say "n-word" IMO. I don't know if it's because I'm corny but to me it's awkward AF to say it often.
This is why I don't know why other races are desperate to say the n word. I can go through 30+ years and only say nikka 5x a year.
