WR had 3 steps on a rookie CB that probably bit down on each fake handoff and there was no safety over the top. You don't even have to hit a target, just throw to the open area.

Ive seen tons of qbs not make the throw, who had cannons for arms. Ive seen cutler, ben and vick, who have some of the strongest arms in the league, be inaccurate on such throws

So because some cannon QBs are sometimes inaccurate on such throws, you think Luck and others couldn't make this throw. I think Luck could make the throw with a clean pocket.

most qbs have the armstrength to make that throw, its just not that common to see.
a lot of times qbs are inaccurate on those throws and the ball ends up incomplete.

its like a kicker kicking a 50+ yarder. plenty of kickers can make it, but its more common for kickers to miss from that distance a good amount.
