Get something light. Fast food places actually are trying really hard to have healthy alternatives to their main menu. And water. Go with water. A lot of people consume a lot of calories unknowingly because they don't realize that their drink often has just as many calories as their main meal.



if I eat after 8PM consistently (like everyday). My metabolism ain't what it used to be a fukking year ago.
