I feel you, my feet are so flat they’re inverted. It’s lowkey painful to be barefoot so I gotta rock slides or house shoes all the time. Doctor said there’s surgery but I’ll be Kathy Bates Misery status for a minute and I was like :whoa:

But when North Korea starts setting it off guess who won’t be fighting in Trunla army :sas2:

Same here...didn't realize it would affect me until one day I am playing ball and had to quit do to extreme pain. I was also losing stability. Went to the doc, she told I put so much stress on my feet that it was giving out. Started wearing insoles and haven't had any issues.

See I got insoles from new balance and they shoes I'll be good for like a hour two then I'm back to pain. Might have to switch it up

My feet flat af too :francis: but I don’t get pain like that walking around barefoot :whoa: I’m always wearing my slides in the crib though.

I’m like fukk it at this point, just gotta live with it :mjcry:

That's because there is an imbalance in the intrinsic muscles of your feet.

Start walking barefoot on uneven surfaces like sand or grass, and the arch will eventually lift (flat foot exercises will speed the process).
