The problem is that the average one kinda sees us as a zoo exhibit, almost in an observational/condescending way. Even the blipsters are on that steez with that annoying whiny newblack voice.

The problem is some of the style/gear is kinda hot. I been rocking that sh1t for a decade+ now I look like one of them.

My older sister hit me with the hipster label a couple of years ago to which I had to give her the look.

Really, just cause I like to listen to cassette tapes every now and then, have an obsession with dead technology, wear slim (not tight) jeans, and wear retro nikes does not make me a hipster. I don't do anything out of irony. I don't really chill with hipsters...have some friends that could fall into the hipster category...but they aren't pretentious douche bags. I hang out with mostly black/brown folks anyways.

I'm too hood for that shyt. Besides...most of these black hipsters are trying their hardest to diassociate themselves with anything black anyways. SHAME ON THEM.
