I hear you but where are the young upcoming Houston rappers? Last one was Kirko Bangz. He had a lot of hype and was on the rise but fell off. Houston seems to not want to be part of the trap wave like Memphis is. I remember back in 2003-2007 Houston and Atlanta was at the same level dropping bangers every month. Then for whatever reason Atlanta just took of. Houston is too big of a city in the south with too much hip hop history to not be part of this era I hip hop. I want H-Town to make a comeback with club bangers.

I love sauce walka wouldn't even be able to tell he's from Houston based on his music and how he talk.

The nikkas entertaining as fukk. Sucks he got blackballed.

Ehh, I'll be honest with you man. I'm an older guy so for the most part I am content with the folks I came up listening to. I hear ya on Kirko don't know what happened to that guy; but I am happy with what the older guys are doing. I mean I have a theory on why H Town didn't sustain. I feel During the Flip and T.I. beef a lot of H town cats sided with the outsider. Whatever Issues some of the rappers in the city had with Flip, should have kept it internal. They chose ( in my opinion) to divide, which in the end ( again in my opinion) shortened their run in the mainstream.

Seems all of them have squashed their issues ( Except Ro and Trae but with Ro I feel you don't know who he'll be mad at next :mjlol:, and Thugger had Flip on one of his albums a while back.

Houston Rap still is putting out bangers. They just aren't in the spotlight any more. And just because Atl is in the spotlight ( again in my opinion) a lot of the stuff Atl is putting out is throw a away as all get out
