We all know the outcome of this but the reality is AJ was never going to be a major star. He's 38 and we know Vince hates old guys. Especially old guys from outside companies. But Cena and Styles will have great matches and its fresh.

Its pretty clear now that AJ's role going forward is to be the guy that makes wwe's favorites look good.

He may get a brief "thanks for the work" title win at some point.

I kinda have to agree. He was a phenomenal face but mostly because we made him that way. Heel WHC Bryan and ROH Best in th World Bryan are his two best incarnations and the reason most of us still cheer loudly for him today
he played a phenomenal spastic crazy person :skip:

i would watch just to see his facial expressions and nonsense he would do

in a way, its the same reason New Day is popular :cacwot:

raw

he got us again :cacwot:

AJ probably cares more about getting a decent WWE paycheck before retiring than about how many championships he wins there.

I get the sense that Aj is solely there for the money.:dame:

A lot of losing and a premature heel turn.

It's guaranteed he'll have some good matches in the wwe, but I don't believe he'll accomplish anything worthwhile.:yeshrug:

Once I saw that he wasn't gonna be competing in the mitb match that's when I realized his role is just a glorified enhancement talent. :francis:

Basically. Its sad how much this legit money making company is nothing more than a vanity project for Vince. Oh well i tried. Theres plenty of alternatives

But a bloodthirsty AJ Styles with Bullet Club backing >>>>>>>>>>> Predictable forced Reigns heel turn. And noticed Cena actually sold the beating. Dude didn't even get to lay a finger on any of them. Yeah, he's gonna overcome the odds but he's done a hell of a lot more for Styles and the Club than Roman did. And speaking of him, I'm glad they're just letting him rock as THE GUY. If he had a real heel turn he'd get that CDQ treatment Orton got back in 2013. I think everyone is in their proper role at the moment.

Now it's time for the revitalized Bullet Club to get some payback on the wack ass Usos and Roman Reigns. :demonic:

A huge angle involving the Bullet Club, Cena, Reigns, Rollins, New Day and the Usos would be :banderas:
He sold the beating for Wade and Nexus too..how that end up? He sold the beating for Rusev at first too...what happened to him a year later? Bray? Almost killed his reactions.

Cena is poison and he definitely gonna be DESTROYING Gallows and Anderson in the weeks to come.

Roman can't do anything for AJ except put him over in the ring because AJ is already more respected than him. So that doesn't even add up to include him in any comparison. And what happened? They had AJ do what Daniel Bryan did the night after..put Roman over on the mic like he's better than he really is and there is nothing that needs fixing. That's how fukkED up it is in the "new era". Some of the things look fun but that same gay ass agenda is at work that was going on back when Bryan was still fukking wrestling:laugh:

:what:

That heel turn means it's a wrap for AJ. I'm mad I even thought they would do anything worthwhile with him
Dude came in on FIRE in January at the Rumble and the follow up. Cena only WISHES he could get cheered that hard every week for months but AJ did it in front of any crowd instantly:laugh: Now a guy that over needs to TURN HEEL? After all that $hit Ausitn has said about Roman needing to turn heel to come full circle? This is what the WWE gave the FANBASE? I liked it because Cena got layed out for once and that rarely happens but of course it ends with Cena kicking out of EVERYTHING and beating AJ with the second FU while it gets called a 5 Star match like the CM Punk MITB shyt. All the same.

The reason Bryan gets cheered loudly to this day is that he was a bad guy who could work that was carrying Smackdown that Vince McMahon had get fukked over to put over Sheamus in the biggest WM of the era. That's when the fans revolted and made him the star he is now. Ever since..they chose him over Punk, DX, Sheamus, Del Rio, Roman, Shield, Cesaro, Cena, Blandy, Big Show trying to steal his steez, Kane...all of em.

Sting like? :dahell: What entertaining angle was Sting even a part of in WWE? AJ has been on fire out of the gate. And I know y'all hate to give Cena credit but he sold the Bullet Club and styles as a threat. He didnt get up from a beatdown and do both his finishers on three people and end the segment standing tall. BC looked legit for the first time since their debut.
Fans wanted Sting more than anybody else except Daniel Bryan(biggest pops at WM 31..Rock/Sting/Bryan). He was on fire from the day the fans knew he was coming...he was on fire when he wasn't even fukking signed and they were ready to blow the roof off for that Raw they thought he was gonna appear in LA before WM 27 but it ended up being a Undertaker/Cripple H fake out.
