You had to reject Yen after the djinn lifted the spell that kept you together. And you had to stop Triss from getting on the boat along with the mages from Novigrad.

I could not get into this game to save my life.

I tried 4-5 times.The quest fetching was too tiresome.

There are so few fetch quest in this game. I'm not sure what you are talking about.

The detail and attention put into the side quest is one of the big reasons this game is held in such high regard
