I think its a comfort thing.
Big boobs can make it uncomfortable to sleep. And a lot of women complain about the stress on their backs. Or something.

Or maybe they just want the comfort of not having to wear a bra.

Some of cicumstances behind getting the surgery are very sad. That back pain is one of nature's crueler jokes I wonder if there are breast transplants; you hate to see such excess size just being thrown away
