I hate what James Gunn did to Peacemaker

I'll say this as largely an outsider to the comic world (I don't like most Marvel or DC movies or shows, and I know very little about the lore). I never heard of Peacemaker until I saw John Cena play him in the movie.

The Peacemaker show is one of the only comic book shows that I really enjoy, and a large part is Cena's portrayal of the character, and his growth as the show goes on. I'm always surprised that I still find the show compelling, because I was also never a Cena fan in WWE, and I feel like I have every reason on paper to think this show is stupid.

I definitely know I wouldn't be into this show for almost 2 full seasons now if Cena kept playing Peacemaker the same way he played him in the OG movie.

Stop season 2 is supa crack.
As a matter of fact.
Peacemaker needed ti be made into a better character. As cena as a badguy.
visually really does not work since fcw as prototype.
Case in point.
When cena gpes stabby stsbby in the jungleforest camp. The visual just looks off and the movie suffersd from critics becaise of thia. Although i love the second suicide squad movie.
