Why are y'all acting like OP's form is off? The dudes who usually do that are looking for gym buddies. Even if his form is on point they'll suggest their way of doing things so they seem like some lifting sensei.

Luckily there's no one like that in my gym. Most of the dudes using bad form are the brolic cats ego lifting anyway.

Depends, if a yoked nikka comes up to me a d says it's better to do it this way, I listen and appreciate the advise because most people do truly wanna help and he probably knows what hes talking about to get that sized :dame:

I personally don't even acknowledge anyone elses existence at the gym, when im in my zone don't stop me to tell me some irrelevant nonsense because you felt the need to tell me.

I'm like this, I've competed 4 times, top 10 3 out 4 and walked away with trophy, no coaches, no trainers, however I did get alot help from pros and advanced bodybuilders.

I was always trying to learn from the best, but the way things are now I'm like :hubie:


Watch niccaz come to the gym for months. 6 months later they look the same.:mjlol:

This is exactly what I mean. Bro my form wasn't even bad, I was doing squats, I'm bigger than the dude that was giving me tips. Idk id he felt threatened cause like I said I'm new to the gym. Dude said some shyt like point my toes forward or some dumb shyt. I just let him get it off and kept it moving. I could tell he just wanted to talk

You have know idea what your talking about, hand placement on the bench will determine weather your hitting chest or hitting tricep

There is a difference between doing hamstring rows (stiff leg) and deadlifts. They look similar in motion but positioning is the difference between hitting your back or hamstrings
