Like 15 years ago, you could of called me a c00n cause I was caping for white people cause I was friends with some and was on that "not all white people are bad" post-racial bullshyt.

Now. I been feeling the same way. It's not even just white people. It's white racism. It's white privilege. It's white denial. It's white ignorance. It's that shyt that makes a sane man wanna slap somebody!



I'm 35. Seen way too much racism in way too many areas of public life, privilege, unearned acccomplishments, police murders, gentrification, redlining/rezoning, and other ish to even cape like that for them anymore. Infact, I actually get disgusted when white folks act like they have a moral compass like they didn't let slavery go on in America for 400 years and didn't eradicate the Native Americans with guns, starvation, and small pox blankets.

It was a forum for black people who loved Hip-Hop (SOHH = Support Online Hip-Hop, not a cac on here could tell you that unless they been down since way back and earned some respect from the OG posters and that didn't just come easy like these days on here, just post random Shaderoom posts and you'll get dapped up left, right and center) and were about that real shyt.

Come on breh......you can't mention John Brown and forget William Lloyd Garrison who espoused that it was a mistake to continue on with our current form of government while introducing anti-slave legislation ex post facto.

He believed we needed to completely dismantle the U.S. government and the U.S. constitution and then rebuild it because it's foundations were built upon anti-blackness. And he was absolutely right. He was the first to understand how systemic racism would be enabled under our government and that the solution wasn't to add on amendments (band-aids) but to tear all of our American institutions down, then rebuild them back up.

Read about Garrison. He was every bit radical as John Brown and even Sojourner Truth had to distance herself from him because she thought he was demanding too much on accord of blacks. He even called out white people as devils...
