There's nothing to fix. People are just spoiled. If Jordan did those dunks today we'd be unimpressed

This is how I feel. Even in its worst years I still end up enjoying the dunk contest no matter what. Cancelling it would be counterproductive.

I think the biggest thing they could do for it would to put in limits on how many attempts you get per dunk.

So your solution to improve something... is to discontinue it entirely? :what:
You sound like these tyrants that suspend democracy and impose marshall law in order to "save" the democracy they suspended.

Come on breh :comeon:

I mean.. i know most of ya'll fed up with the shyt as I am but discontinue it? Really?

  • Here's a solution for our healthcare problem: discontinue it
  • Here's a solution for the refereeing problem: discontinue it
  • Here's a solution for our education problem: discontinue it

DId you just compare a trivial dunk contest to our nation's health care and education systems? :wtf:

Dat Coli logic :ohlawd:

Not bad thoughts OP....and whoever said a cash prize, that was good too, but it should be 250k split amongst 10 random fans in the crowd like a raffle.

For dunk rules though:
- 4 try max or 1 minute, whichever comes first
- props only used in finals
- since theres a time limit and attempt limit....open it up to 8 players including 2 street ballers
- street ballers get 50k for making the contest and get another 50k if they win (250k still goes to fans
- judges are former champs
