that isn't a virus. it happened to me. u clicked some setting on ur mouse. in the middle of your mouse is a ball that scrolls. press down on that ball as if it is a button. it should go down and you'll maybe hear a click. that should fix it

i see a taskhost.exe under the processes tab...couple other funny sounding programs running too
