Breh, that was my job and exact shift bacc In 09
The worst part of it is when they ask u to "throw the truck", but we tall, so it aint too bad.
Overall, a fun job
that's what just the home girl was telling me. she said that shyt takes hours
and when i was going thru the store for my interviews and shyt i seen so many bytchesnot even just the female co-workers tho... the customers too
Work there on black Friday man you could bag about 20 girls in 2 hours.....................
I made sure to rock my RL polo shirt and hat that day with my cargo kakies and jays.............
Sometimes you will get 2 trucks a day, but when u have them days where u get 1 truck, when it is done, u will stock the shelves.
More like pull to the floor and the stockers will stock.............
Well, the one I worked at, after we finished the truck and pulled everything to the floor, we would stock if it wasn't anything else to do.

I passed both interviews they told me take the drug test now, within 24 hours. Is it a good chance ima get itHad the same fukking job..............
nikka it not hard.
- Things you will need to learn: use a pallet jack (Very easy just using your hands )
- Keep moving at all time(don't want to seem lazy you get write up for that shyt)
- Lift with your fukking legs(shyt wont be that heavy like 50 pound box at the most)
- Bring water but wally world sometime has that for you
- In the truck keep trowing the boxes don't stop unless told(the truck big as shyt so it going to look very hard at first)
- You will be sweating if you in the truck(there 2 ppl in the truck most the time)
- Don't try and mac the girls ,(supervisor hate that shyt cuzz they some hater who can't pull them)
- Be on time and they can't say shyt too you.
- 3 write up and your ass in out of a job(but ever 3 month the write up reset so keep that in mind)
- Don't beef with no one (be nice to old heads they got the most power and they been there longer so they know ppl that know ppl)
- Don't tell nobody your life story the shyt will get around the whole store.
- Thing you want to tell the bytch interviewing you:Very upbeat person
- Fast learner(great with your hands)
- That you know how to use pallet jack very well
- Hard working and that your always on time(don't have a car ? lie and say you do)
- Laugh at her stupid jokes even if it not funny
Brush you fukking mouth ,be 15 early,and smile. Have some stories of when you had to work as a team member to get a job done in school or at work
And you will know if you got the job because they will give you a folder to take to the piss test place the same day........
I think you have to get it back to them in 48 hours........
Dog i just passed the fukking interview for you if you don't get the job after this you dikk head. And i will neg you.

I work electronics so im round bad ass customers all day, plus I can walk off whenever, and take a break without permission, and interact easy with all bad bytches that work therethat's what just the home girl was telling me. she said that shyt takes hours

If u pass the drug test u got it breh, me myself just made up stories thru the entire interview about shyt that happened while I was in school

Idk, I guess like berth cert, social security card and shyt like that I guess, I been working for walmart since I was 21, I dont remember none of the hiring process
Unloaders have a solid job tho, they get full time, sometimes OT, idk how much the pay is tho, don't have to deal wit customers, only thing is I love being on the floor around the action, and I aint bout that hard labor

Unloading trucks is cool but can be a tiring ass job picking up boxes and moving pallets and add to that they on your ass about getting that shyt unloaded on time, hope you got a strong crew.
Your going to be stuck doing CBLs for awhile, i think they changed the name to them.
If they sent you on the drug test that means you got the job, if you pass the drug screening.
Dont do what i did and stay there too long, walmart is a stepping stone, unless you want to move up but then agian those assistant managers get treated like shyt and always stressed out.
