Usually they look like shyt because they eat trash, drink, smoke, and don't moisturize their skin. So yeah, the average white woman is going to look like trash in later years but I guess you could avoid that with strict parameters. Understand though, is it a genetic component for white people, their skin is more susceptible to turning out like that, couple that with the average reluctance to put lotion and sunscreen on, and you have a recipe for disaster. So they have to put in the work or get worked on without turning out like an alien, which is the case for most that get work done at older ages, the average person isn't going to put in the work, for some, a genetic factor carries them, to an extent.
