i mean, in the meanwhile use the oraljel like @Jayne said but you really NEED to go the dentist ASAP because the pain will get worst
a toothache or anythin' gum related is 1 of the worst pains EVER

Chew on cloves. That works better than oragel but you have to keep going.

You need to go to the dentist. Ibuprofen and tylenol won't make the pain go away. You need to get narcotic pain killers and also see if the ache is caused by an infection in which case the pain will never go away unless you start and finish a round of antibiotics. See if there are any dental emergency places near you
