I have an 835 Credit Score, what should I be doing with it?

I’m glad you made this thread because I’m north of 800 since I paid off a few cards and now I’m like … Now what?

Amex offered me a personal loan but I don’t need it. I have a lot of equity in my primary and rental but I can’t get my hands on another property because people are literally buying houses cash without even going to look at them.
they offered me a loan too
Only 10K though

shyt almost pointless once you get there, right? :stopitslime:
Just bide your time and wait the market will adjust and you'll have an opportunity to get some more real estate.

Op what you doing where you ain't paying rent or mortgage? How much you bringing in a month?

Honestly, just stack up. I wouldn't buy another house, especially with what Covid exposed, but if you did buy property, go multi family unit. Something with 4 apartments. Rent them bytches out $1100 a piece.:banderas:

I feel like you’re retired Military as well, no?

If so you could be using the VA loan and your high credit score to easily get into real estate.

No lie. Not bragging. My bills are low, no rent or mortgage. 28k limit, 0 balance. No kids. Car almost paid off.

I'm scared of investing to be honest. Thinking about renovating & flipping homes. idk.

investing in securites like stocks and mutual funds aren't typically risky if you're investing in blue chip companies, they aren't gonna go bankrupt and there's a shytload of companies that pay a decent dividend. for instance I have AT&T stock, and the price of that hasn't moved more than a couple dollars per share in years, yet they are currently paying out a 7% dividend, which you receive quarterly. certainly a great return on investment since u also can get whatever profit if u were to sell the shares for more than u paid.

this is what I been doing. instead of buying dumb shyt, I been buying stocks I'm interested in or I think I can make money from. most pay dividends.

Whatever you do, don't buy a new car.

I know you're getting that itch...

But don't do it.

Go pmt free for a couple years.

Wait till something really catches your eye and the prices come down.

You aint lying. I've had my maxima almost paid off. I'm itching bad. I was just looking at the Audi. Great deal

So do you with anyone or do you own a house?

I outright own my house. Bought an old small house and put about 25k in it.

According to the coli you should be easily getting loans and buying multiple properties to flip. You should have a net worth of $2.8M right now.

Get off yo ass :martin:

Sit on it and keep doing what you've been doing until the housing market becomes more stable. You've got the perfect score to get yourself into a nice home/condo one day, and the mortgage will be cheaper than rent.
