I have an 835 Credit Score, what should I be doing with it?

No lie. Not bragging. My bills are low, no rent or mortgage. 28k limit, 0 balance. No kids. Car almost paid off.

I'm scared of investing to be honest. Thinking about renovating & flipping homes. idk.

If she has any self respect she'll walk out because Credit Karma ain't a FICO score and don't mean shyt to lenders :mjlol:

while this is true, u can't take the chance leaving ur banking app open just to get to the FICO score.

plus most chicks would be satisfied with the credit karma I'm thinking.

The goal is to be debt free, but once you pay your car off be prepared for your credit score to dip.

Only temporarily because it lowers your credit age. When I got the car off of my credit it only dropped 7 points and then it consistently started going up every month up until now.

Really? My CK score is consistent with all of my other scores. When I financed a car for my kid, the score they pulled was higher than the CK score.
The point is that lenders don't use the CK score for credit approvals. Even though it can line up or be higher, it's not necessarily consistent with your FICO scores. Mine has been 30-50 points lower than my FICO. It can clue you in to make positive changes with your credit but it's certainly not the gospel. I've read some stories about the CK score being way higher than FICO and people being in for a shock during loan applications.

If he lived in a major metro hub where's people like to stunt he could buy a Lambo or Ferrari and rent it out
I was going to say Turo is probably the best hustle right now to leverage good credit because you can get luxury cars w/o having to put any money down. Rent them out for more money than the monthly note.

shyt almost pointless once you get there, right? :stopitslime:

I think that's the point.

To get to an 800+ credit score, you have to be pretty financially literate.
Perhaps the reward of that score is not a lower tier of interest rates, but the mastery of financial discipline.

Increase your credit limits and sell people the ability to be an authorized user without giving them the card.
