You aint lying. I've had my maxima almost paid off. I'm itching bad. I was just looking at the Audi. Great deal

That's a beautiful car . Great price and low miles. Hard to pass up.
It's funny how things go in cycles.
You got out of an A8 to get into the Maxima, and now you're about to go right back.
My advice (if you do get the Audi) would be don't trade in the Maxima. Keep it as a 2nd car.

I was thinking about trading in my M4 for an RS5 Sportback. Just can't do it though with the M4 almost paid off.

If that’s true you’re in a better position than most people in the country.

And your best idea is to ask people doing worse than you, what to do?

I suppose you’re not as wise as you think.
You wouldn’t see a doctor asking a welder what to do with a scalpel.

I don’t know how legal this is where you are but alot of people get into selling their credit for apartments and shyt. Charge the person like $1-2k upfront and go cosign a lease or some shyt like that. They was making good money and never seemed to have issues other than having to find people to take over the lease if people leave in the middle of the lease.

You're not too wise you think building up your credit = knowledge to build wealth.

All it takes to build credit it no late payments, low debt to income ratio, low credit card balances, history of paying things off.

I was going to say Turo is probably the best hustle right now to leverage good credit because you can get luxury cars w/o having to put any money down. Rent them out for more money than the monthly note.

I have been thinking about doing something like this. I saw how much people are renting out Slingshot, I was like if I was to buy 4 of these, Id be set.

Why would they pay to be authorized users but not be able to use it?
Because it moves their credit score. You could jump over 100pts with the right tradeline and credit profile.
This is usually for when you want to take on big purchases and you want a better rate.

It’s something that a lot of lenders are starting to get hip too as well though.

OP..

Keep doing what you are doing..

Not sure what your future goals are, but if you plan on buying a home, then then save enough money for a down payment so you won't have to pay PMI.

Like another poster said, don't buy a new car, don't open up any new credit card accounts and make sure all of your existing accounts are low to none and you will be alright.

why would anyone risk their credit just to make like 1K???

that's hustling backwards if that person gets evicted or don't pay their rent. that's the reason they got shyt credit in the first place.

So with that credit score, you should have no problem taking out a 120k loan. Do that and use half of it to buy bitcoin :troll:

This person had enough cash to where this wasn’t an issue and they usually just put someone else in the condo or whatever. It’s risky but he was doing that shyt and eating. He was doing rental vehicles too.

Lmao this guy. For real though the women who are actually wifey material and are the more intelligent non bird types would get wet from seeing that

Truth. A women who knows about finances would be very pleased to see the man she talking to has a high credit score.

That shows responsibility, pro activeness and responsibility when it comes to money.
