except for a few, either if it was raining or snowing too hard.

skateboarding for transportation purposes and doing tricks at the parks and in the streets or around the city on the weekends when I'm not busy.

I haven't been depressed cause I've been in great shape. I've just been more driven and ambitious as of late.

But exercise does wonders...

I really don't need to be in the gym like that these days unless I wanted to get that definition and super cuts but I'm already pretty diesel like sour n/h pause. LOL

Keep it up, breh.:salute:
I'm slowly working my way into a regimen so I can slim down not just for aesthetic purposes, but for health reasons also.
I mean a breh been mostly injury and sickness free for 30+ and I'd like to keep it that way, but being a big dude in your 20's who got cheeks, could scrap if need be and could sprint admirably well was cool back then...but that shyt ain't gonna be popping when I hit mid 30's and I roll over with a groan and notice my afro done turned into a fukking flat top and I gotta play the sugar daddy roll with younger girls out here.:snoop:

Also, can you do a darkslide grind?:jbhmm:

LOL. I've been working on my tech skate skills and I'm gonna be filming around the city soon for this video I'm working on.

It really does man, i been slacking since i moved but there's a huge difference in how your body & mind feel when you work out vs when you don't
I used to be addicted to working out, still kind of am. I got into it back in 2011 when after I taking anxiety/BPD meds I gained almost 60 pounds in 5 months and went from a size 32-40 wasteline...I so did not feel like myself. I got into a little Rob Kardashian era of weight gain and depression and just overeating. I made it a duty to start working out and lose all the weight. I worked out for 42 weeks straight 4-6 days a week, it was amazing.

:obama: Dope. Even though I rescind my former sentiments on wanting to live and go school in America when I was a teenager 'cause it looked so enticing on the telly, I honestly wish I grew up in the Skatboard culture where I'd be able to atleast become functionally proficient with a board or just be around those that did on some Lords of Dogtown shyt. Keep at that shyt.

Humble brag

:dame:

But working out does wonder's for depression.

It just takes alot to start and stick to a routine of any type. Especially if you have a job that is already physical ( you won't see as big of a upper) or kids and a job that keeps your schedule all over the place.

I just started back working out "hardcore" (for me) and it really makes you feel :blessed:
