Yeah that won't help. Gotta lose weight all over. Increase your cardio and do more leg exercises. They say building muscle helps burn fat quicker. You may gain weight in the scale but it'll be more muscle than fat. I gotta get back into a regular workout routine again. Been doing legs less frequently lately other than cardio, but I have been trying to avoid eating bad or less bad stuff like excess sugar.....But I gotta stop drinking so much, this pudge won't go away even tho I do ab work every day![]()

Hard part for me is sticking to the routineHumble brag
But working out does wonder's for depression.
It just takes alot to start and stick to a routine of any type. Especially if you have a job that is already physical ( you won't see as big of a upper) or kids and a job that keeps your schedule all over the place.

YEPOne of the best parts is when people notice the work you've been putting in, it's a constant thing I've been getting since I've been working out regularly
